## Common questions

Q: Can I book a table for lunch?
A: No. Lunch is walk-in only at every Nirvanam, and no reservation is needed. Reservations are taken for dinner, which can be booked online or by calling the restaurant.

Q: What are your opening hours?
A: Lunch runs from 11:00 at every branch, to 15:00 on weekdays and to 16:00 at the weekend at Akasaka, Ginza and Tokyo Big Sight. Dinner runs from 17:00 or 17:30 until 22:00, with last orders at 21:45. The hours for each restaurant are on its own page.

Q: Is the food halal?
A: Yes. Nirvanam is a halal restaurant, and has been since it opened.

Q: Are there vegetarian and vegan dishes?
A: Yes, and a great many of them. South Indian cooking is largely vegetarian: the menu has whole sections of vegetable curries, lentil dishes, dosa and rice varieties.

Q: How many people can I book for online?
A: Up to eight. Larger parties are welcome, but please telephone the restaurant so the room can be arranged properly.

Q: How far ahead can I book?
A: Two months. Dinner tables can be reserved up to the same date two calendar months from today.

Q: Where are the restaurants?
A: Seven in Tokyo: Kamiyacho, Atago, Toranomon, Ariake, Akasaka, Ginza and Tokyo Big Sight. Each has its own page with its address, map and telephone number.

Q: Is there parking?
A: It varies by restaurant. Ariake has free parking in the building for three hours; Toranomon and Ariake have roadside coin parking opposite; Kamiyacho has paid parking within a few minutes' walk. The notes on each branch say which.
